3. Refund Policy

3.1 Advisory Services

If you request a refund within 14 days of purchase and have not used more than one consultation session, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Alternatively, you may transfer your service booking to another individual or schedule within 30 days subject to availability.

3.2 Informational Products

For digital downloads, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the content. Approved refunds are processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

3.3 Physical Products

You may ship back physical items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Shipping costs to ship items back are your responsibility. Once received and inspected, we will process the refund within 15 business days. Exchanges for equivalent items are available within 60 days of delivery.

3.4 Non-Refundable Cases

Certain custom documents and completed review materials are not eligible for refund due to the nature of the preparation involved. These services incur costs upon completion and therefore cannot be refunded.
